Phil Leonard

Phil is a Long Island Native, who built his first home at age 17. He has over 40 years in the industry, managing high-end projects in the Hamptons. Phil has worked with some of the finest architects and interior designers, utilizing his vast knowledge of finishes and materials. The most rewarding part of his job, he says, is starting with a patch of dirt and ending up with a home that will shape clients' lives forever.
